By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and Services immediately.

Eligibility & User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You possess the legal authority to share submitted documents and personal information
  • You will not use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized purposes

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of:

  • OTPs and authentication information
  • Account access details
  • Uploaded documentation

You are solely responsible for activities conducted under your account.

Validate Group reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access where misuse, suspicious activity, fraud, or policy violations are identified.

Validate Group may contact educational institutions, employers, licensing authorities, government bodies, or third-party sources for verification purposes.

Submission of an application does not guarantee:

  • Approval of a visa, license, or employment application
  • Acceptance by a regulatory authority or institution
  • Completion timelines
  • Positive verification outcomes
Verification outcomes depend on information provided by issuing authorities and third-party sources.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Validate Group’s liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the relevant Service.
